With nearly 15 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness, and mind-body practices, Monica helps athletes get out of their heads and into their game. She brings a grounded, practical approach to mental performance work that actually resonates with athletes. Monica is completing her M.S. in Sport and Performance Psychology and is working toward her CMPC certification under Dr. Carrie Hastings. She has worked with athletes at the professional, collegiate, and youth levels, focusing on the skills that make a real difference which she believe are managing nerves, building confidence, developing pre-competition routines, and learning how to reset when things don’t go as planned.
Her sessions blend evidence-based sport psychology with breathwork, mindfulness, and movement-based tools, giving athletes a full toolkit they can use in competition, in the classroom, and in everyday life.
