Chloe is a Mental Performance Coach with the goal of helping athletes grow into the best version of themselves and optimize their performance in a sustainable way. Through visualization, mindfulness, stress management, and cognitive-behavioral performance, she helps athletes foster all parts of themselves in order to enhance not only their athletic performance but their overall well-being and lives!
Chloe was a collegiate distance runner at Duke University with an underwhelming career during her time there. Since graduating, she continued to train, compete, and study all aspects of her experience in order to figure out what happened. She gained her Master’s in clinical psychology, graduating from Primal Health Coach Institute and becoming a certified personal trainer. Her education has helped bridge the gap between wellness and performance, and the importance of mind-body connection when performing at an elite level. She would love to help you grow into the best athlete and person you can possibly be!
