Andrea Perales, AMFT, is a dedicated mental skills practitioner specializing in the psychological well-being and performance of athletes at all levels. With a passion for empowering athletes, she helps them navigate the mental challenges of competition, focusing on building resilience, enhancing concentration, and fostering a mindset of confidence and positive self-talk. Andrea equips her clients with effective strategies for managing stress, staying motivated under pressure, and improving communication, while also guiding athletes dealing with trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety through mindfulness practices.

As a former multisport athlete and collegiate athletic trainer, Andrea has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, which informs her holistic approach. Her unique blend of kinesiological expertise and clinical insight enables her to support athletes in optimizing both their mental health and athletic performance.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.
