Tim Hartwig

M.S., CSCS, USAW, CMT

For over 12 years, Tim has helped coach over 300+ professional athletes succeed in their sport as an off-season development coach. He was responsible for the training, rehabilitation, and mental skill preparation for athletes competing in the 2016 Summer Olympics and 2018 Winter Olympics, resulting in three Olympic Medals.

Tim is known for his drive and determination to succeed and his relentless commitment to understanding and breaking through individual challenges. He firmly believes that every athlete can thrive when provided the right tools.

Tim has a dual master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Psychology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Corrective Exercise and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Psychology. He currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and son.
